LGBTQatar.
A flag that isn't allowed, made from ones that are.

Hosted in Qatar, FIFA World Cup 2022 banned the use of LGBTQ+ rainbow flag – a flag which has a rich history of pride and protest. In this stunt, sections of six World Cup team flags were stitched together to re-create the flag, as a symbol of unity and a statement of protest.

The flag uses the national flags of Tunisia, Spain, Ecuador, Brazil, Croatia and Qatar (ironically). Tunisia and Qatar are just two of 13 countries in the Cup yet to legalise same-sex marriage.
